Home Gym Update
I got a Gravitron (allows you to do assisted pull-ups) and home-
sized leg press. It's taken me over a decade to slowly acquire all
in my home gym. You don't need a full home gym to get started. One
heavy-duty rubber band can get you going.

Too Much To Do: I Don't Have Time for This
Keeping up a website is a lot like trying to lose weight. Lots of
good ideas, false starts and paths not taken, and still I sit with
my big list of "Things To Do," and everything stays the same. Why is
that? Inertia, perhaps or just "life intervenes." Be ready for it,
and use EFT to get over the humps. When you start saying, "I don't
have time to ..." or you find yourself not following through, just
use EFT to work on that
"Even though I can't seem to get started, I deeply and completely
accept myself."
"Even though I never finish what I start, I deeply and completely
accept myself."
Use "what is" for your EFT wording. Don't try to get all fancy or
figure out the perfect words. Just say what you're thinking and do
a quick round of EFT. It can help you get past those roadblocks
and onto the path of change or improvement.
YouTube and Good Intentions
YouTube.com is a site where you can post videos. Some are pretty
funny, so I thought I'd post my famous, "Week 1" video from my
good intentions file over a year ago. The idea was to video myself,
once a week to show the subtle changes as I got fitter. The funny
part was I never had a week two video. Procrastination rears its ugly head. I also found it hilarious how I kept saying the word "pose" over and over.
This video wasn't meant to be shown but I couldn't help myself,
so here I am in all my Week 1 Weight Loss Glory

Weird Food or Staple?
Millet: Bird Seed or People Food? In the US, most American millet
is grown for birdseed, yet millet is a staple for a third of the
world’s human population. Millet Recipes on Cooks.com and try a different grain.

Supplement News: More on Diet Pills
There's never an end to the quest for a diet pill, although I
don't believe that's the answer to rampant obesity. Take a
pill, then what? Magically you no longer want to overeat or
sit on the couch all day? I doubt it. It's just thinking it'll
be easy that gets us all happy to try the latest new thing.
Acomplia is the latest entry into the diet drugs arena. Not
yet approved for sale it first appeared promising but doubts
are beginning to surface. Some trial users experienced depression,
others who stopped using Acomplia after a year regained the
weight they'd lost. So what else is new?
Do the drugs help or not? IMO (in my opinion) if you don't learn
new, better habits, you're going to go back to doing whatever
you did in the first place that caused you to become out of
shape and overweight, so you'd be better off skipping the drugs.
Instead work on your habits, one at a time, such as recommended
in my 8-week course, Ending Emotional Eating.

Healthy Dining Finder:
Not everyone agrees with their recommendations, it's still
a smart first step toward eating a better diet. WeEndure.com Odd name, great site for tracking endurance activities
Sportsmates.com a new (and no longer found as of May 2014) social networking website with sports angle. Gives
sports fans access to the latest sports news and information, blogs,
discussion boards, and ability to interact with other fans in sometimes
"heated" sports debate.

Food Blogs
GroceryLists.org, grocery lists. That's it. Just grocery lists.
I especially liked the "no one cares
where you ate lunch" since I actually love reading those blogs of
people who take pictures of their food and write about it. Guess
there's an audience for anything. New Food Blog Find: Who Said My Cake Must Be Flat On Top
