Dear Kathryn,
This is to thank you for your “coaching” me over the last eight week through your program. The program is amazing! You have a thoughtful, practical approach to weight loss. Additionally, your use of EFT in the program has finally given me the piece missing in my prior weight loss and maintenance efforts. EFT gives me something to use, a practice to go to when my feelings are sabotaging my control over my weight. I have found it most effective and have lost 10 pounds.
Using your program, I have attained a feeling of control over my eating and weight loss issues. With continued practice, I know I will achieve my desired outcome. Everyday, I use EFT and consult your materials and I now have hope of being “normal” around food. I found our phone consultations to be so helpful in staying focused and learning to use EFT to my greatest benefit. I admit I was skeptical that the phone calls would help. After the first call, however, the skepticism gave way to enormous enthusiasm. Being able to talk to you was the key to my success.
Thank you for the wonderful program and for all you have done to help me. I will continue to call and consult with you as I learn more about myself through EFT.

You're course was great. Funny, in about the sixth or seventh week, the weight started to come off and it's continuing to come off. It was like you knew what I needed to hear each week without my even asking.
So, right now I am eating most of the time for health, though I did not turn down wedding cake or birthday cake at special occasions that came up. I'm exercising, but not fanatically. I guess that's what I want to do--eat healthy and exercise on a regular basis but not be a fanatic.

Oh I'm so thrilled with Session
5. Many of the things that you said, I've already begin to establish,
change, incorporate in my lifestyle... Today after listening to my EFT
tapes, I was amazed at how they work!!! I've got three friends that I plan
to tell about OMB.
Thanks so much for your service! I thought - how did I find you, I suppose
it was prayer. I knew that I needed m ore than just another diet'. In my
search, I came across OMB - what a treasure!!!

I have some very positive news ... as of
this AM, I have lost 5 1/2 lbs since we started working together. This
is huge since I have been stalled for months. I am doing my EFT daily
and am still working on my Parts Therapy lesson. Plenty to keep me busy.
My food is falling in line with the changes in my thoughts as a result
of the EFT and somehow I have been able to keep my eating under control
in a way that hasn't happened for me ever before. It is very exciting. -- Wendy S. (8+8 Coaching Client) |
I have good news on the weight loss front. If you can believe it, I weighed in today and was down another 2.8 lbs from my weight before I left for vacation. That means that since I have been working with you, I have lost a total of 12 ½ lbs. Total lost since last October is now around 25 lbs.
I have decided that my goal is one that relates to how I look and my size rather than my exact weight on the scale although I do like weighing myself weekly. -- Wendy S. (8+8 Coaching Client) |

question.
I have been suffering from anorexia since I was 14
years old and I am almost recovered but I was scared
that my body got so used to eating so little calories
(slowing down my metabolism) that when I started to
eat I would get huge.
Your answer clarifies that doubt. If I eat healthy
foods I will not get huge; just gain the weight I
need.
I am Christian and God has changed my life
dramatically. His truth has set me free from
bondage. And once again He used someone to reveal me
some truth. This time, it was you. :) |

even register. It was now one
of the last. So things
are changing for me.
And compared to where I was then
to where I am now, many of the
top issues have moved to the bottom
as well as the bottom moved to
the top. Its amazing how EFT works!!"

I feel good and my size 14 jeans are now comfortable where they used to be tight. I think a healthy natural size for me would be around a size 8-10. I'd like to get there and stay there.

Course Participant - About Session 3:
"I love the suggestion to
tackle the easiest behavior to
change first. I wrote each of
my triggers on an index card,
actually ended up with about 15
of them, and then put similar
ones together, and realized that
about seven of them were actually
variants of the same behavior.
Then I wrote on each card possible
solutions, and then picked a behavior
and solution to work on for the
week. The whole process felt good,
like I was doing something concrete
toward dealing with my overeating."
