Morning EFT Routine -
Every Day a New Beginning
Every day, when you first wake in the
morning, do a round of EFT, thinking about
your day. Work on those thoughts that tend
to taint the whole day, things such as "Oh,
crap, it's Monday," "I should
have ..." for things you didn't do
and now you feel guilty, "I'll never
get ready on time," whatever typical
messages you give yourself that are negative
in nature.
Work on those issues, first thing in the
morning (it only takes about 30 seconds),
until you find you wake refreshed, and excited
about the day ahead. Yes, that day will
come.

Reminders of what we
did or didn't do tend to come up, especially
on Monday mornings. Let those go as you
work through them.
If you are skeptical about EFT working
for you, use phrasing such as the following.
Again, always feel free to alter the wording.
The more you make the phrasing your own,
the better EFT will work for you.
