5 Easy Steps to Improve Your Health and Get on The Right Track to Lose the Weight
Excess weight, stress, and the burdens of our busy lifestyles all
lead to an unhealth system. You can bring your health back in
balance by taking Unicity's 5 Easy Steps that will improve your health and well being.
Step 1: Hydrate
Water, water, everywhere but not a drop to drink.
This is the easiest step to implement because you simply start to
drink more water. If you don't like plain water, add a bit of
flavor, but work toward drinking plain, pure water. Start with two
8 ounce glasses a day, and work up to more.
Step 2: Walk or Move
Get up and get moving. You don't need expensive
clothes or even gym memberships to get started. Yes, I love to lift
weights, but not everyone wants to do that. Not everyone wants to
play sports either. Some of us just enjoy a nice walk. Make the walk
a bit more brisk for better heart health, but start at whatever is your beginning point.
For some that may be getting up out of your chair, and for others it's running around the block. Don't go crazy setting ridiculous goals, make it easy on yourself. Maybe 10 minutes, then 15 working your way up to whatever you can manage. Ideally 30 minutes or more is great, but not everyone has the luxury of finding these uninterupted blocks of time. If that describes you, it's okay to get 10 minutes here and 10 minutes there too.
Whatever style you choose, get up and get moving and you'll find your efforts at weight loss become easier every day.
Step 3: Cleanse
Our bodies are designed to digest the food we eat
and pass the waste through the system, but if that system isn't in
tip-top shape, there can be a problem. Statistics show 85% of
Americans suffer from constipation.
This slow-down of the evacuation of waste leads to the absorption of
toxic materials into the bloodstream. Excess waste can also cause
five or more pounds of unremoved material (most people lose from 5
to 8 pounds after a colonic).
Think about fiber. Do you eat enough soluble and insoluble fiber? Many people hardly ever eat a fresh vegetable or piece of fruit, so where are they getting fiber? Oatmeal is a good source yes, but can you get the recommended 25 to 35 grams a day from oatmeal alone? Not likely. The USDA Food Pyramid's suggestion is that you'd get the recommended amount if you eat
2 to 4 servings of fruit, 3 to 5 servings of vegetables, and 6 to 11 servings of cereal and grain foods. Okay. Raise your hand if you eat that much whole food every day. (I don't see many hands raised).
Remember, a serving isn't a very large amount usually. For instance a whole medium apple may be two servings of fruit, and you can get 3 to 4 servings of a vegetable simply by heaping a nice amount on your plate. Six to 100 servings of cereal and grains means whole grain cereals. Oatmeal, not Fruit Loops now with Splenda either, whether the box claims whole grains or not. It's simply foolish to be tricked by the labels. You aren't going to make a processed food any healthier by changing the label.
It's just about impossible not to get gunked up, so if you have a pet, drink water, eat sushi or a hundred other ways to interact with the world around you, you've likely got parasites. Yikes! Look under a microscope and prepare to be alarmed. These critters are not cute and cuddly but icky indeed, and they can become a true health hazzard.
From
the air we breathe and parasites lurking in our food and water,
unless you routinely cleanse your system, you've got gunk. Pet owners especially. You worm your dog but not yourself? Egads.
Get the Paraway Pack to completely cleanse and eliminate parasites, if any, from your system.
Are you plagued by any of the following:
Excess Weight (well duh)
Fatigue
Bad Breath
Hemorrhoids
Digestive Upsets
Headaches
Gas & Bloating
Constipation
Protruding Belly
The American Diabetic, Heart and Cancer Associations recommend 33
grams of fiber daily. Most Americans eat less than 1/3 that amount.
Take the 2-Minute Fiber Test to see how you stack up.
It's recommended to do a colon cleanse every six months, but at a
minimum an annual body cleanse will help keep you in better health
and free up your body's resources for energy and vitality, and don't
forget the benefit of losing 3, 5 or even 8 extra pounds!

Step 4: Nourish
Do you get the best nourishment possible from the
foods you eat? I doubt it. Do you eat any junk food, i.e. prepared
in advance, sold pre-wrapped, containing sugar, hydrogenated oils,
too much fat, too much salt, too many calories in exchange for what
you get. In other words, if you aren't getting some super nutrition
along with those super calorie packed foods, you're getting cheated.

Step 5: Target
The key to better health overall is targeting whatever you need to optimize your health. For some it will be your heart health, losing weight, lowering cholesterol, stabilizing blood sugar, or getting those menopause symptoms resolved. No matter what it may be, there are likely supplements and nutritional formulations available that can help you--natural alternatives to aid in the prevention of serious health problems as well as to treat your current health concern.
