(I don't see many hands raised).  Remember, a serving isn't a very large amount usually. For instance a whole medium apple may be two servings of fruit, and you can get 3 to 4 servings of a vegetable simply by heaping a nice amount on your plate. Six to 100 servings of cereal and grains means whole grain cereals. Oatmeal, not  Fruit Loops now with Splenda either, whether the box claims whole grains or not. It's simply foolish to be tricked by the labels. You aren't going to make a processed food any healthier by changing the label.  It's just about impossible not to get gunked up, so if you have a pet, drink water, eat sushi or a hundred other ways to interact with the world around you, you've likely got parasites. Yikes!
