Bad Back: What Can I Do?
Q. Ok im 18. i have a really bad back. i want to lose this weight that has been in my nightmares for so long! i need to lose at least some pounds because my thighs are sooo huge! and my arm! oh my gawd dont get me started on my arms! when i hold it closed against along my body i have this...bulgde !its so gross. i cant wear tank tops! and of course the stomch! eww!
A. The first thing you might address is the way you dislike yourself because your mind will fight that with everything it's got. You say you are gross, so guess what? Your brain says, "Okay, let's support that belief," and everything you do will go toward maintaining that status. In other words, what you focus on is what you get.
As soon as you start to think more highly of yourself, you'll start to find it easier and easier to do the things that will support losing some weight and getting in better shape. I know it may sound crazy, and you may be thinking, "Well forget that because I hate myself and there's no way I'm going to change." If that is the case, then you will need to simply stop that stinkin thinkin, and get started on the solution. EFT can make it much easier than you realize.
The real control center is in your brain, and you can break through a stuck place, even if you don't think you can.
Learn to use EFT. Get the introductory materials, read through them, then start to play with it. EFT is very simple, and you can do it while you're walking along the street and no one will even know you're doing it.
First start by using EFT on the belief that you don't like yourself or certain parts of yourself, and as those beliefs shift and change, other things will change as well.

You don't have to figure it all out and you don't even need a big master plan, if you start using EFT daily to whittle away at any negative things you say about yourself, and any feelings you have that you are less than wonderful.
